Our LEVEL UP Meal Plan Inserts allow you to create a menu of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners all while remaining consciously aware of the foods you intake and how they affect your emotional/physical state.

Start with brainstorming meal ideas using the graphic organizer then create a grocery list. Use the "Conscious Eating" page to identify if the foods chosen suit your primary goals. 

At the end of each week, reflect on the food you most enjoyed and how each meal made you feel.
